There is a 1.3 mile loop nature trail around Wilde Lake with plenty of deer and other wild life to enjoy. You can definitely tell the area residents enjoy the lake and park. The Lake was a little icy this January day in 2019. Still peaceful and serene with plenty of benches to take a break and enjoy the area.
There are several kid play areas along the trail and according to a local millennial there are four Pokémon gyms nearby.
There was only one listing of a detached single family home within walking distance of the lake. Per Zillow this home was listed at $1,125,000 and was reported to have 6 bedrooms, 5 baths and was 6,280 sq.ft. There was also a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo listed at $300,000.
